Technology - The technology portion of the EMT Retain solution is a Web-based retention and communication application, designed to assist campuses in identifying at-risk students quickly, using academic, financial, and social attributes. With EMT Retain technology, institutions are able to streamline communications and administrative tasks and utilize the early alert automation process to allow administrators and staff more availability to personally interact with at-risk students.
Ongoing Consulting - In an effort to offer outstanding customer service to all clients, Hobsons will assist with everything from implementation of the EMT Retain to product training and more throughout the length of the contract.
