The Hobsons Student Retention Solution is primarily powered by our Enrollment Management Technology. The Customized eCoaching product is a Web-based retention and communication application, designed to assist campuses in identifying at-risk students quickly. This product allows our clients to work with Hobsons to determine their strategic communication goals and develop a strong communication plan. Once these plans are established, your Hobsons Client Development Manager will implement the plan with a tailored technology for your school.

With Customized eCoaching as a part of the overall Hobsons Student Retention Solution, institutions are able to streamline communications and administrative tasks with an early alert automation process, allowing campus staff more availability to personally interact with at-risk students.

Managed Services

If you need to expedite your retention program but are restricted by limited staffing, Hobsons Student Retention Solution can provide your institution with dedicated individuals to implement and/or manage eCoaching. Your Hobsons' account manager will be responsible for deploying and managing all aspects of your data and communication plan and the day-to-day management of the technology.
